1. All shipments are COD unless a credit application has been submitted and approved for open account.

2. Only accounts with open account status or prepaid orders are eligible for drop shipment orders.

3. Precision Industries will charge a $5.00 fee per drop ship order placed.

4. All shipments are FOB Oakland TN.

5. Precision Industries does not offer a CO-OP advertising program.

6. Precision Industries accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards.

7. Precision Industries does not offer prepaid freight allowances.

8. All claims for damage are to be made directly to the freight company.

9. Precision Industries ships Federal Express and UPS.

10. All returns must be freight prepaid.

11. All return merchandise must be accompanied with a RMA number assigned by Precision Industries.

12. All product returned for credit must be in new condition and will be charged a 15% restock fee.

13. Precision Industries Warranty policy is 1 year from date of purchase on the 12" converters.

14. Precision Industries warranty policy is 2 years from date of purchase on the 9.5 & 10.5 inch converter series.

15. Precision Industries warranty is limited to material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to product performance, improper installation, accident, physical or electrical stress, misuse or any other cause other than the ordinary and intended use for which the product was designed. If the product has been dismantled, altered or repaired by the customer or by any third party without authorization from Precision Industries the warranty will be void. This warranty does not cover loss or injury from the use of the products. Under no circumstances will Precision Industries be liable for any oil, towing, labor or rental vehicle charges.

16. Precision Industries offers 1 free stall adjustment as part of the features and benefits of the 9.5 & 10.5 inch converter series. The stall adjustment option must be made within the standard warranty time frame of 2 years from date of purchase. The customer must return the converter with a RMA number and a copy of the original invoice to Precision Industries. Upon receipt of the converter the technical department will contact the
customer and make the appropriate alterations.

17. Precision Industries enforces a minimum advertising price (MAP) on all dealers, warehouse distributors and all other type of accounts and customers. Precision Industries requires that the MAP on all of the products is not below the current Jobber pricing level. This policy is strictly enforced and if not followed will result in Precision Industries taking action by placing the account on no ship or no sell until the matter is resolved according to our policy. If an account repeatedly violates the MAP policy Precision Industries reserves the right to discontinue the sale of product to them. This policy is designed to protect all of Precision Industries accounts to keep their profitability on the sale of the product as high as possible.
